Our Story
The Collective Lounge was founded in June 2025 by Sofia and Amy — two experienced stylists with a shared vision for a calm, welcoming space built on trust, style, and great hair. With over 20 years of combined experience, they bring warmth, skill, and a loyal following. Amy is also an Alfaparf educator for Aston & Fincher, while Sofia specialises in soft, effortless balayage. In September 2025 Kiera joined the team bringing along experise in blonding and colour correcting. Together, they’ve created something special in the heart of Lincoln.
